Yggdrasil Extends YG Masters Program to Give Partners Access to Proprietary Mechanics

Yggdrasil, the Swedish iGaming software firm is broadening the scope of its YG Masters program. The Yggdrasil casinos innovative proprietary game mechanism will now be available to some of its leading studio partners. Mechanics like Gigablox, MultiMax, and Splitz will be made available to partners.

Focus on creating new games

The mechanical frameworks from Yggdrasil will help its partner studios create new games after. The tools will be helpful in increasing player engagement and produce hit titles. Stuart McCarthy, the head of partner programs for Yggdrasil commented on the new proposition and said,

“Our proprietary mechanics have been a revelation this year, so much so that we have had to recalibrate what successful releases look like. Driven by these triumphs we are thrilled to now share this opportunity exclusively with our YG Masters partners.”

McCarthy said that the competition in the slots market is cut-throat because of which the use of successful and recognized mechanics is essential to bring players to the games and keep them engaged. He also noted that the first few games built using these mechanics will be available in 2021.

Which studios will gain from the program?

Two gaming studio partners of Yggdrasil, Bang Bang Games, and DreamTech Gaming have already signed up for the new proposition. Both will be releasing their first titles with the Yggdrasil mechanics next year.

Gigablox, MultiMax, and Splitz are the three mechanics being made available to the studio partners. All of them have been used in recent hit games like Neon Rush, Lucky Nekoland Hades, Temple Stacks, and Syncronite. All three mechanics were introduced in 2020 and have received a great response from the market. The three features add multipliers and other gaming elements that keep the game interesting for the users and increase engagement.
