Stakelogic, a fast-rising game development company, announced last week that it had acquired Hurricane Games, its second acquisition in days.

Stakelogic’s takeover of Hurricane Games and Smart&Applied, a studio based in Belgrade, will significantly boost its capacity to produce top-notch real-money games.

Before its acquisition, Stakelogic had already established a productive working relationship with Hurricane Games via its Greenlogic partner program.    

The buying company intends to retain the creative team behind Hurricane Games, giving them free rein to design and develop games.

Along with the creative and technical freedom, the said innovative team will also get support from Stakelogic’s circle of experts (designers, developers, marketers, mathematicians, etc), leading up to more collaborations in the future.

Hurricane Games is an ISO 27001 certified studio, with its games securing certifications in core gaming markets including the UK, Malta and Romania.
