B90 Holdings, an online marketing and operating firm, has forged a partnership with conglomerate Nordic Group in an affiliate marketing agreement, which focuses on improving the former’s footprints in Latin America and other Nordic’s markets.

The Deal – Looking to deepen its link in the LatAm market and other markets, B90 Holdings formed a strategic team-up with Nordic Group. The deal involves Nordic promoting their partner’s current and future brands – including sportsbook and online casino services – in the region and other jurisdictions where Nordic commands a strong market presence.  

Compensation Details – Under the terms of the agreement, B90 has agreed to the payment of the initial affiliate fee amounting to €150,000 to Nordic Group. The payment will come in the form of new ordinary shares, which will be released on November 30, 2021.

Compared to a typical affiliate deal, the contract requires Nordic to meet a certain condition and that is to generate a minimum of €75,000 in new revenue for the company by November 30, 2021.

In the event Nordic fails to reach the predetermined milestone, B90 Holding owns the right to revise the agreement and the number of new shares to be issued. In this scenario, the deal reverts to a typical affiliate deal in which the affiliate marketing fee or the number of shares to be issued will depend on the amount of traffic and new customer revenue generated from Nordic’s network.

The agreement has been structured to mitigate risk and preserve initial cash outlay, whilst maximizing potential future cash generation for the company and incentivizing the affiliate. We look forward to working with Nordic across our online real estate to enter into new and profitable markets.
