Pariplay announces team-up with global player BetMGM

Pariplay, a subsidiary of Aspire Global group, has documented another major milestone in its rapid US expansion following its team-up with global gaming giant BetMGM.

Pariplay – BetMGM Alliance

What’s the deal?

Under the agreement terms, Pariplay will supply proprietary real-money games and aggregated third-party content to BetMGM’s customers in New Jersey and Michigan. Moreover, the partnership will also explore growth opportunities in other US state markets via future expansion.

Corporate Insights

Pariplay described its collaboration with BetMGM as a strategic step toward attaining its long-term goal of becoming a leading content supplier in North America.

The Isle of Man plans to achieve its ambition through striking content deals with operators centered around its Fusion platform.

Aspire Global, the parent company of Pariplay wants to be identified as a B2B company with an emphasis on producing quality content for its clients. This came after the group decided to sell its B2C assets to focus on its B2B operations entirely.

The firm reported that the sale of Esports Technologies for $75.9m last month would give way for Aspire to exploit the increased opportunities in the ever-expanding US and Brazilian markets. The company is also optimistic about its ability to sustain its growth in these said markets thus far.

Pariplay states that the partnership is a “strategically important step toward the long-term goal of becoming a leading content supplier in North America,” with the group eyeing a slew of strategic collaborations regarding its Fusion platform.

Andrew Maclean, VP of sales of Pariplay, stated: “Our momentum in the US market is showing no signs of slowing down and we are thrilled to partner with BetMGM to continue that progress.
