Wind Creek Hospitality secures acquisition of FlowPlay

Wind Creek Hospitality, a PCI Gaming Authority, has acquired developer, operator, and publisher FlowPlay in order to create new synergies between online and on-property gaming. 

The transaction, which does not include a Real Money Gaming component, provides the property with digital gaming operations and distribution channels that generate recurring revenue from end users on a freemium model, allowing the company to diversify its business and reach customers beyond the target markets for its land-based casino operations.

Along with its core business-to-consumer focus, FlowPlay has a white label division. The linked game developer caters to both consumers and companies with its free-to-play online and mobile games, including Vegas World, Casino World, 7 Seas Casino, and Live Game Night Poker, all of which are integrated into the Zoom App Marketplace.
