Maxima Compliance has created a specialized office in the Netherlands to service the newly released Dutch market three months after it was regulated.

The company expects that by establishing the office, which is part of a joint venture with business consultancy firm Gran Via BV, it would be able to “better service customers” in the Netherlands’ online gaming market.

Tom de Bruijn, co-founder of Gran Via BV, expressed a similar view, noting that the market has “quickly developed into one of the most important in Europe” since the country’s regulated online gaming system was launched last year.

Maxima Compliance maintains that establishing a presence in the Netherlands will enable it to provide its suite of technical and regulatory compliance services to Dutch-based gaming enterprises with a local approach tailored to the country’s requirements.

This covers assessment and support of management systems, change management support, technical and regulatory compliance help, and Maxima DataVault support. To underscore its long-term commitment to the market, the company has also announced a partnership with Gaming in Holland beginning in 2022.
