SkyCity Entertainment has implemented a required COVID-19 vaccine requirement for all of its venues in Adelaide as of Thursday, 10 February.

From this date forward, all staff and patrons over the age of 18 in gaming venues and over the age of 16 in non-gaming venues will be required to present proof of complete vaccination or a medical exemption in order to enter SkyCity Adelaide.

These venues include the group’s casino, the Eos by SkyCity hotel, and all of the group’s pubs and restaurants, including Sol, iTL, Madame Hanoi, and Sean’s Kitchen. SkyCity Australia COO David Christian stated that the decision will ensure that the company’s people and customers are protected to the maximum extent possible from COVID-19.

Customers will be asked to present their COVID-19 digital certificate on their smart device or picture identification with a printed certificate upon access, with unvaccinated patrons also needed to present legitimate medical exemptions.
