The structure has 72 percent glass, which boosts solar gain: A green ‘living’ roof with three hives that are home to thousands of bees. The honey produced by the bees will be sold at many of Flutter’s on-site dining establishments, including The Exchange restaurant and the Gairdn Spéir terrace café.
