Flutter Entertainment, an online casino and sports betting giant, has reopened its international offices in Dublin following a €15.5 million investment, which the company says will transform the location into a technology and innovation hub.

The 164,000-square-foot building, which spans seven floors at Belfield Office Park, will initially house 1,700 people in essential departments such as sports trading, technology, product development and innovation, marketing, human resources, and customer operations room for expansion.

The facility is expected to contribute greatly to the group’s innovation through the development of digital products for consumers worldwide, while also supporting skilled jobs in Dublin and adding significantly to the local and national economy. Flutter’s new global headquarters in Dublin exemplifies the company’s concept for the future of work. The firm has invested significantly in this modern, agile, and flexible workspace and is eager for its workers to take advantage of everything it has to offer, according to Pádraig Rordáin, Flutter’s chief legal officer and global commercial director, and executive lead for the Dublin office.

The structure has 72 percent glass, which boosts solar gain: A green ‘living’ roof with three hives that are home to thousands of bees. The honey produced by the bees will be sold at many of Flutter’s on-site dining establishments, including The Exchange restaurant and the Gairdn Spéir terrace café.
