Flutter Entertainment, an online casino and sports betting giant, has reopened its international offices in Dublin following a €15.5 million investment, which the company says will transform the location into a technology and innovation hub.

The 164,000-square-foot building, which spans seven floors at Belfield Office Park, will initially house 1,700 people in essential departments such as sports trading, technology, product development and innovation, marketing, human resources, and customer operations room for expansion.

Furthermore, the remodeled headquarters include a variety of accessible and sustainable elements aimed at making the work environment healthier for colleagues, including workstations designed to meet the needs of a hybrid working world. The facility is expected to contribute greatly to the group’s innovation through the development of digital products for consumers worldwide, while also supporting skilled jobs in Dublin and adding significantly to the local and national economy. The structure has 72 percent glass, which boosts solar gain: A green ‘living’ roof with three hives that are home to thousands of bees. The honey produced by the bees will be sold at many of Flutter’s on-site dining establishments, including The Exchange restaurant and the Gairdn Spéir terrace café.
