Lightning Box makes Connecticut debut via Scientific Games

Lightning Box has entered the Connecticut market through its distribution partner Scientific Games and the OpenGaming platform. The Sydney-based supplier has debuted Lightning Horseman, one of its “most popular US” real-money slot titles as part of the launch.

Lightning Box arrives in CT

Peter Causley, CEO, and Co-Founder of Lightning Box stated his delight at having met the Connecticut requirements, particularly in light of other states considering legislation. He noted that Connecticut completes the jigsaw puzzle and is thrilled about the potential in the state. US players at land-based and social casinos are content fans, and he does not doubt that popularity will grow as more states regulate online gaming.

Lightning Box’s initial roll-out, which will make it the company’s fifth market in the US after New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and West Virginia, is expected to include a number of “major operators.”

Exciting Times

The market entry represents another crucial milestone for Lightning Box, and they are thrilled to support and assist them in achieving another successful launch in the United States, as Rob Procter, Scientific Games’ Vice President of Game Development, remarked. Furthermore, they have no doubt that perennially popular video slot titles like Lightning Horsemen and Chicken Fox will become strong favorites among Connecticut’s igamers.
