Aspire Global is nearing the completion of the launch of its comprehensive service in the Netherlands, which includes an online casino and sports betting offerings. This comes after the company secured various vertical-specific licenses from the country’s regulator. 

Aspire set for Dutch debut

The company has successfully received licenses from the Kansspelautoriteit regulatory authority for its online casino operations and sports betting platform.

Aspire previously developed a position in the Dutch online casino market with its Pariplay content and aggregation platform, which earned a supply arrangement with Holland Casino. Holland Casino was one of the first ten online operators to get a license from the KSA, and igaming business Karamba has also committed to receiving Aspire’s assistance in establishing a presence in the Netherlands.

In addition, Aspire has a footing in the Dutch web-based sports betting sector with its BtoBet sportsbook, which has aided in introducing Irish bookmaker BoyleSports in the country. Aspire signed its first platform and managed services agreement in the newly regulated Dutch market with BoyleSports, while BtoBet also gained local accreditation for its Neuron 3 platform. Since October 1, when the implemented regulation under the rules of the KOA Act, the Dutch online betting and gaming business has risen dramatically, with some observers predicting that it would eventually become one of the most prominent in Europe.
