Bragg Gaming bolsters European presence with Microgame deal

According to the company, ORYX Gaming, a Bragg Gaming Group subsidiary, is poised to join one of Europe’s largest and most established online casino markets after signing a content distribution agreement with the country’s premier local operator Microgame.

Bragg Gaming – Microgame Agreement

The first product developed by Bragg’s recently opened Atomic Slot Lab studio, Egyptian Magic, will be included in the range of games made available to local players as a result of the historic relationship. In addition, an initial selection of titles from ORYX’s exclusive content library will be made available on Microgame, with further titles to be added in the future. According to the company, initial exclusive content titles will include Respins of Amun-Re, Golden Nights, and Royal Seven, as well as other popular titles from the gaming community.

According to H2 Gambling Capital, Italy was the first major country in continental Europe to legalize online gambling in 2006. It is now the second-largest regulated online market on the continent, with estimated online casino revenues of US$2.3 billion in 2022, according to H2 Gambling Capital. A gaming service provider with over 20 years of experience in Italy, Microgame provides a comprehensive and versatile online casino and betting platform that powers several of the country’s biggest online casino brands. Microgame is headquartered in Milan.

Corporate Notes

Bragg’s entry into Italy follows the company’s recent expansion into many significant markets, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Greece, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Switzerland. This agreement, which will see the company enter Italy, the second-largest online market in Europe, is another watershed moment for us. It comes just a few months after they launched their content in the United Kingdom, Europe’s largest iGaming market, underscoring their commitment to expanding in large and established regulated markets said in a press release statement of Chris Looney, Chief Commercial Officer at Bragg.

According to Marco Castaldo, CEO of Microgame, their goal is to provide high-class entertainment to their players, and with ORYX content’s proven success, the company is happy to be the first partner to debut it in Italy.
