The Long-Awaited Opening is Happening this Year

Earlier this year, Stations completed a $600 million renovation that included the addition of new food and beverage options, some of which will be available again with the opening. So far, the Palms has announced the return of Mabel’s Barbecue, a barbecue restaurant owned by Michael Symon that first opened its doors in 2018. With the reopening, it has also been confirmed that Ghostbar, the casino’s rooftop nightclub, a longtime favorite among locals and visitors, will be returning. In addition, Ramsay’s Kitchen will expand to a new location under the direction of Gordon Ramsay.

Scotch 80 Prime, a former resident of the Palms before its closure, will return to serve steaks and high-end whiskies, and Send Noodles, an Asian fusion restaurant, will also return, according to a press release announcing the reopening. There was also a tease for the arrival of Serrano Vista Cafe, a new restaurant for Las Vegas that was brought in from the Yaamava Resort & Casino in Highland, California, as well. Yaamava is also owned by the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, which is located in California. From now until April 28, reservations for rooms and suites will be accepted for stays beginning on Thursday, April 28. The Palms will host a fireworks display to commemorate the reopening on April 27 in the evening.

Press Release Statements

Latisha Casas, Chair of the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority, stated that it is an honor and a privilege for them to welcome everyone back to the Palms Casino Resort Las Vegas after a year-long absence. They are looking forward to sharing their rich history, culture, and signature hospitality with the guests. They are ecstatic about the prospect of making history together.

Cynthia Kiser Murphey, General Manager of the Palms Casino Resort, stated that their goal is to provide a truly distinctive experience that makes you feel at home while visiting Las Vegas. She added that their locals and guests from near and far share this goal.
