The resort recently signed a similar agreement with Table Trac, a developer of casino management systems. Lake of the Torches purchased the company’s CasinoTrac system, which automates and monitors the casino floor’s various aspects.
The Table Trac team asserted that their solution would enhance player satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. The developer will provide long-term support to tailor the software to the casino resort’s particular requirements.
