The new spotlight solution marks substantial improvement

Since 2013, I.C. Intelligence has operated under the name Spotlight. The company’s primary focus is on developing, refining, and marketing its flagship SpotlightCRM platform to land-based operators.

Spotlight’s CEO, Jeff Baldi, stated that it was reassuring to see a long-time partner like Lake of the Torches continue to use the company’s software, and he reaffirmed the company’s dedication to future success. Spotlight’s customer relationship management (CRM) system offers configurable real-time notifications and integrated communication capabilities for client engagement.

The most recent version of the software, V4, offers a more intuitive, streamlined, and customizable interface, as well as expanded AML-related compliance features and native mobile support. The new design is intended to enhance the contextual experience of customers and offer a flexible solution for any gaming resort.

Investing in Modern Management Solutions

The resort recently signed a similar agreement with Table Trac, a developer of casino management systems. Lake of the Torches purchased the company’s CasinoTrac system, which automates and monitors the casino floor’s various aspects.

The Table Trac team asserted that their solution would enhance player satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. The developer will provide long-term support to tailor the software to the casino resort’s particular requirements.

Lake of the Torches has consistently been ranked among the best casinos in Wisconsin throughout its two decades of operation. Recent software acquisitions should enable the resort to maintain a sustainable and modern casino operation for the foreseeable future.

The Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians oversees the Lake of the Torches Resort Casino. On the banks of Pokegama Lake, the facility has 101 rooms, restaurants, a pool area, and an 8,500-square-foot conference center. The resort also has blackjack tables and more than 800 slot machines. Guelcher said that the two firms had created a good partnership that he was eager to maintain.
