In accordance with Wind Creek Bethlehem’s presentation of a mitigation plan to increase efforts in discouraging and discovering situations in which children are left unattended within the Pennsylvania casino property, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has levied three additional penalties on three other casinos with a combined total of $35,000.

The first scenario results in three entities being fined: two casinos and one supplier of gaming services for violating self-exclusion policies, as well as one business for operating without a license.
