Scientific Games, a global manufacturer and manager of lottery and gaming systems, is extending its partnership with the Ecuador National Lottery through a ten-year partnership agreement. The recently signed agreement will bring new lottery products to Ecuador.

Launch of Electronic Draw Games for the First Time in Ecuador

The recently signed 10-year agreement between Scientific Games and the Ecuador National Lottery will introduce electronic draw games for the first time in Ecuador. There are numerous new products and technologies among these. 

For instance, the Ecuador National Lottery will utilize a specialized system that will facilitate the integration of inventory control processes for instant games. Additionally, innovative retail technologies will be implemented, and the lottery itself will receive a new system. 

The general manager of the Ecuador National Lottery, Jorge Medina, was also delighted with the recently expanded collaboration. He elaborated that the lottery’s operator, the non-profit Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil, will use the increased revenue generated by the new game offerings to support social causes.

Profits Will Be Donated to an Important Ecuadorian Nonprofit

All profits from the newly introduced electronic draw games in Ecuador will be donated to the Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil, a non-profit organization. The organization, which was founded in 1888 and is one of the oldest non-profits in Ecuador, is a prominent contributor to the nation, working on a variety of projects and causes in the education, health, and social sectors. 

Among its most important activities are the construction of hospitals, aid facilities, and asylums. With the larger budget provided by the new games, the NGO intends to expand its charitable and social activities across the entire nation in order to reach more vulnerable individuals and those living in abject poverty.
