The additional sum will vary from $300,000 to $50,000 if the squad wins a major cup or league. The new primary sponsor will make its debut at River Plate’s match against Independiente on August 7.

As a result of the departure of Turkish Airlines as the team’s primary sponsor and their replacement with Codere on the chest, the sleeves of the jersey will carry the travel insurance firm Assist Card. Amazon Prime Video, the Konami football simulation game PES, and the sports fan voting app Socios.com complete the list of sponsors on the jerseys. Jorge Brito, president of Atlético River Plate, praised the newly extended arrangement, stating that the team’s joy in having such a prominent worldwide company as its principal sponsor was immense. This month, Codere contributed $300,000 from their football betting revenue to the non-profit organization “She Wins.” The monies will assist in the empowerment of women through sports and education.
