Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City has signed into what is being hailed as a “pioneering agreement” with the real-money casino influencer team, Slot Squad. The deal seeks to provide Resorts Casino Hotel’s patrons with a “unique online casino gaming experience. 

Creating its First of A Kind Partnership 

Users of Resorts Live, a proprietary platform established by Resorts Digital Gaming, will be able to play alongside and communicate with the team, a “first-of-its-kind cooperation” according to Resorts Digital Gaming. 

The Slot Squad was founded in January of 2020 with the intention of developing casino content tailored to the United States. In addition, Resorts Live is in the midst of producing in-person live feeds at the casino site, which will debut later this summer and include the Slot Squad. 

Despite a 44.9 percent decline in the Garden State’s sports betting market, New Jersey’s online gambling ecosystem saw a modest 2.2 percent increase in revenue to $401.52 million through June (2020: $392.84 million).

Borgata is once again the leader in the state’s online casino and poker room market, reporting a jump of 18.1% year-over-year to $40.54m (2021: $34.32m) for the month. 

This contributed to the ecosystem’s revenue closing at $133.13 million, up 24.4% from $107 million in June 2021. Golden Nugget Online Gaming reclaimed second place with $35.7 million, up 29.4% from $27.6 million in 2021, while Resorts Digital reclaimed the bronze medal with $28 million (2021: $22.5 million).
