This comes after work started in March on a $4 million renovation of the pool, which is situated on the third level of the Ocean Tower at Resorts. A New Collective Bargaining Deal has Been Negotiated 

According to the operator, local trade unions were engaged to complete the refurbishment. The establishment is open from 9:00 in the morning until 8:00 in the evening, however after 2:00 in the afternoon, only adults are permitted inside. A new collective bargaining deal was negotiated earlier this week between Resorts and Unite Here Local 54, the labor union that represents casino employees in Atlantic City. According to Resorts, ”the pool will allow for year-round swimming, and the indoor/outdoor pool deck will be open year-round for unique events, such as cocktail parties and wedding celebrations.
