Emphasizing Micro-betting and Sports Media

Betr was co-founded by YouTube personality Jake Paul and sports betting expert Joey Levy earlier this week, with an emphasis on micro-betting and sports media.

Betr intends to become a top brand in the sportsbook business. According to the terms of the deal, HOFV will get a restricted ownership stake in Betr, as well as revenue sharing and potential for joint marketing, branding, and consumer involvement. Following a lengthy legalization process for the Buckeye State, sports betting in Ohio is scheduled to commence on January 1, 2023.

Strengthening the Company’s Core Business

The Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company is the proprietor of the Hall of Fame Village, a sports, entertainment, and media complex located on the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s grounds in Canton, Ohio.

Betr will replace a previously agreed upon arrangement with Genesis Global, joining Rush Street Interactive in preparation for the debut of sports betting in Ohio via HOFV. This agreement strengthens two of the company’s core business verticals, gaming and media, in order to achieve its strategic objective of continuously developing fresh and distinctive sports content and experiences for its fans and visitors.

Betr prepares the firm to gain the required licenses to make a significant impact in the mobile betting sector and will generate significant value for all stakeholders.

Joey Levy noted in a news release that he is thrilled to join with HOFV to offer the world’s first app dedicated to micro-betting in Ohio. With its distinct product, sports media firm designed for the next generation of sports fans, and HOFV’s capabilities and access to unique content experiences in Ohio and throughout the nation, they are convinced that this relationship will be successful.
