Prophet Exchange Will Launch a New Product in Ohio in 2023

Prophet Exchange Will Launch a New Product in Ohio in 2023

Prophet Sports Betting

The peer-to-peer betting exchange is building on its successful launch in New Jersey a month ago, when it introduced its first offering. Now, the company is taking this a step further by preparing to enter the Ohio market.

Ohio is the second state Prophet will enter in the United States. Outside of North America, peer-to-peer betting is prevalent, and Prophet wants to introduce it to the market.

Ohio to Become Second State Where Prophet Has Products

Once the official platform emerges, Prophet Exchange notifies customers that they will be able to benefit from superior odds and larger profits in the state. Prophet contends that its offer is superior to that of conventional sportsbooks.

The organization is proud of its pricing structure, which provides clients with the best possible value on any wager they choose to place. Nevertheless, the site will not be available until the official opening date of sports betting.

Ohio is scheduled to start on January 1, 2023, followed shortly thereafter by Prophet Exchange, if not immediately, then in the first half of 2023. The Columbus Blue Jackets serve as the company’s regional partner in Ohio, therefore its cooperation in the state is not unique.

A unique aspect of Prophet’s offering is that consumers can select their own rates and wager. Prophet does not add vigorish or margin to its odds, nor does it impose limits, thereby providing sports bettors in regulated markets with access to a superior product.

Prophet Exchange Co-Founder and CEO Dean Sisun welcomed the possibility to grow the company’s presence in the regulated gambling sector while commenting on this new business potential.

The Peer-to-Peer Betting Model Can Benefit North America Prophet Exchange

COO Jake Benzaquen also joined the chat and welcomed the opportunity for the company to forge its way in Ohio. He praised the Columbus Blue Jackets as a significant local partner that will assist the betting platform in expanding its market presence.

Prophet Exchange has ambitious goals for the North American marketplace. It draws inspiration from peer-to-peer betting models used in other countries, but it has yet to gain traction in the United States and Canada. Prophet plans to deliver the product to the United States one state at a time, bucking this pattern.
