Crowded Michigan market

Michigan is one of the most promising sports betting markets in the US and several sportsbooks are competing with each other to gain supremacy in the state. It is the eighth-most populous state in the country with a significant love for sports, which creates endless opportunities for sportsbook lovers. Four betting providers have announced their plans to operate in the state since April.

Amongst these, DraftKings is working with Nay Mills Resort and Casino, GAN is partnering with the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians while Rush Street Interactive will be working with the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians via its BetRivers.com sportsbook offering. Kambi also announced a partnership with the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians. The retail sportsbooks of their Four Winds Casinos have already opened. PointsBet also partnered with the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians in January to operate a sportsbook at the Northern Waters Casino.
