BetAmerica Sportsbooks Debut in Colorado and Michigan

BetAmerica is expanding its presence on the American soil as more states start legalizing sports betting. The sportsbooks operator recently launched its retail sportsbooks in Colorado and Michigan.

Growing presence in the US

BetAmerica is already running sportsbooks in the state of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, and Indiana. With Colorado and Michigan, it is now present in 6 states that have legalized sports betting, Churchill Downs Incorporated’s sports betting and iGaming platform have now partnered with Hannahville Indian Community to debut their offering at Island Resort and Casino, Harris.

CDI chief operating officer Bill Mudd commented on the offering and said,

“We are excited that guests of the Island Resort and Casino will be able to enjoy a state-of-the-art sports wagering experience. Sports fans in Michigan will be able to access the best in sports betting, including live in-play betting as well as engaging and unique promotions at our BetAmerica Sportsbook.”

What does BetAmerica offer?

The new retail operation will come with two betting windows, 14 self-service betting terminals, and 25 large screen televisions. If it receives regulatory approvals, BetAmerica also plans on launching sports betting and online casino across the state. Commenting on the partnership, Hannahville Indian Community tribal chairperson for the Island Resort and Casino Kenneth Mesigaud said that they are thrilled to partner with BetAmerica.

He also said that the BetAmerica sportsbook is a fantastic addition to their available gaming options, which includes two 18-hole championship golf courses.

In the Centennial state, the sportsbook will be located at Cripple Creek-based Bronco Billy’s Casino. CDI partnered with Full House Resorts for this offering. It will feature two betting windows, ten self-service terminals and comes with wagering opportunities on both collegiate and professional sporting events. The casino’s general manager Baxter Lee said that the industry-leading kiosks will attract sports betting enthusiasts from around Colorado to visit their casino. BetAmerica plans to launch an online sportsbook as well as an igaming venture in Colorado as well.
