International Game Technology (IGT) recently announced the premier of the new Wheel of Fortune Slots Zone within the Plaza Hotel and Casino in southern Nevada.

A new Las Vegas fun zone

The New-York developer said in an official press release that it has 2,900 sq. ft. of ‘vibrantly themed’ location that is located in downtown Las Vegas Plaza Hotel and Casino. The 995-room property’s gaming floor will now feature over 40 land-based slots in both video reel and mechanical reels format from the Wheel of Fortune family.

IGT said that the first Wheel of Fortune game debuted in 1996 and went on to become one of the most successful slot themes of all time with more than 250 variations. The slot series has paid more than $3 billion in jackpots and created over 1,000 millionaires. At the same time, the series won applaud for its user affinity and innovative approach.

Plaza Hotel becomes the home to Wheel of Fortune

Gaming chief operating officer at IGT Nick Khin commented on the series and said,

Khin said that the Wheel of Fortune Slots Zone will be available to all guess at the Plaza Hotel and Casino.
