February 2021 Post Views: 55 British developer Reflex Gaming recently extended its existing partnership with YG Masters to work on a new slots mechanic. The two companies originally started working together in June 2020. What will the new partnership include? The new partnership will focus on the Yggdrasil Gigablox mechanic for future game development. The three-proprietary mechanics of Yggdrasil has had good success in several titles in the award-winning portfolio. The most popular games on the list include Hades and Lucky Neko. Both the games feature giant symbols that land on the reels and bring huge wins when stacked together. This also brings users the GigaBlox battles. The Splitz advance splits mystery symbols also appear on the reels which allow users more ways to win. It also leads to longer lines, extra scatters, and bigger clusters. It was included in titles like Neon Rush and Syncronite. It was also included in the popular futuristic title Temple Stacks. The third mechanic is called MultiMax, which was first made available in the title Multifly. The game had an extremely success pre-launch period. It features multiplier accumulation on the reels which provide cascading wins for the users. What is the developer planning? The Cherry AB subsidiary extended the content partnership program to its studio partners in December 2020. It included full access to all three of the popular mechanics. Reflex Gaming is the newest addition to the developer’s YG Masters program which includes firms like Bang Bang Games and DreamTech Gaming. Mat Ingram, the chief product officer for Reflex Gaming commented on the extended partnership and said, “Through the YG Masters program, we have been able to streamline the development process, allowing us to focus on the game design and enabling us to launch exciting titles to a new audience. We have a full game launch schedule for 2021, with some epic releases coming.” He said that the firm is impressed with Yggdrasil’s offering and the work it has done on the ground.
