Scientific Games has completed the first installation phase of new gaming systems at Rama Gaming House in Mississauga, Ontario, the supplier announced on Tuesday.

This development has made Rama Gaming House the first Ontario charity gaming center to take advantage of Scientific Games’ cloud-hosted solutions.

Modernized Casino Experience

The gaming center is poised to benefit from the supplier’s state-of-the-art SDS and CMP core systems, and Elite Bonusing Suite player reward bonusing on the iVIEW 4 display.

Scientific  Games developed the SDS and CMP core systems to properly manage players activities and boost players engagement. SDS is an integrated slot-accounting system designed to monitor slot machines and other gaming devices, as well as tracking players activity throughout the casino. CMP also tracks players dealings and helps operators organize their players database with its management and evaluation functionality.

The iVIEW 4 player interface proves to be a game-changer as it allows operators to showcase dynamic marketing content, animations, and videos on the gaming machine. In addition, the cloud-based solution’s multi-touch display ensures customers will get instant response at the point of play.

Scientific Games has also upgraded its software architecture for seamless third-party integration and added more application such as CMP and EBS for turnkey promotions that provide instant rewards and casino bonuses.
