Modernized Casino Experience

The gaming center is poised to benefit from the supplier’s state-of-the-art SDS and CMP core systems, and Elite Bonusing Suite player reward bonusing on the iVIEW 4 display.

Scientific  Games developed the SDS and CMP core systems to properly manage players activities and boost players engagement. SDS is an integrated slot-accounting system designed to monitor slot machines and other gaming devices, as well as tracking players activity throughout the casino. CMP also tracks players dealings and helps operators organize their players database with its management and evaluation functionality.

The iVIEW 4 player interface proves to be a game-changer as it allows operators to showcase dynamic marketing content, animations, and videos on the gaming machine. In addition, the cloud-based solution’s multi-touch display ensures customers will get instant response at the point of play.

Scientific Games has also upgraded its software architecture for seamless third-party integration and added more application such as CMP and EBS for turnkey promotions that provide instant rewards and casino bonuses.

The Evolution of SGMS’s System Products

Don James, general manager at Rama Gaming House, expressed confidence that the installation of Scientific Games’ cloud-based solution will lead to dramatic results in the players management and engagement aspect.

“We are very proud to be the first Ontario charity gaming centre to launch Scientific Games’ cloud-hosted solution, as well as the first to deploy it in our jurisdiction,”

“We look forward to utilising this innovative suite of applications to not only enhance operations on the gaming floor, but also the player experience,” James said in the presser.

Bob Parente, executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Scientific Games, said he is optimistic their cloud-based solutions will deliver the results at Rama Gaming House. He also added Scientific Games is committed to deliver the next best thing in solution-provider services.

“These solutions are highly-effective and sophisticated and are just the next step in the evolution of our systems products. By hosting these solutions in the cloud, we can provide more services for our partners, at a lower cost,” Parente said in the press release.
