Playtech-Flutter Entertainment Deal

Under the terms of the five-year deal, Playtech will continue to provide its top-notch products and services to all three Flutter Entertainment brands for their online gambling and live casino offerings.

Playtech will also make sure that Flutter Entertainment cover all regulatory requirements and continue to set the bar when it comes to responsible business and safer gambling. Playtech’s partnership with leading operators and suppliers in the industry enables the company to take the lead in an effort to develop the industry’s first code of conduct on safer game design.

Playtech’s contract extension is a testament to a successful long-term relationship with key strategic partner Flutter. Playtech’s suite of products and services will soon be implemented into Flutter’s operations across European continent.

In connection to the landmark deal, Playtech will continue to work closely with its partner studios in the formulation and development of new titles for Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Casino and the soon-to-be-launched Sky Vegas Live Casino in early 2021.

Key People on the Deal

Shimon Akad, Chief Operating Officer at Playtech, noted:

“Flutter is one of Playtech’s key strategic partners, and so this new long-term agreement to supply our innovative software and services across four key product verticals is significant. This is testament to the long standing and strong relations between Flutter and Playtech, and we look forward to continuing to work with Flutter in its core markets to support Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Casino over the next five years.”

Conor Grant, CEO of Flutter’s UK&I Division, added:

“We are pleased to have signed an extension agreement with Playtech. Over the years we have built a very successful partnership and are excited to continue offering our customers access to software from one of the world’s leading suppliers of high-quality gaming product.”
