Big Time Gaming’s “King of Cats” introduces Players Select mechanic

Big Time Gaming (BTG) has unveiled to the igaming world its newest innovation called the Player Select mechanic.

BTG’s newest proprietary mechanic has made its debut this week on “the King of Cats” title, which has gone live first on LeoVegas via Scientific Games’ OpenGaming before its network-wide launch a few days later.

More about Player Select Mechanic

BTG could not have planned the debut week of the Player Select Mechanic any better. After launching the King of Cats title that runs on the said gameplay engine on LeoVegas, BTG rolled out the game along with the mechanic network-wide on May 26. Also, customers on the OpenGaming ecosystem will enjoy exclusivity on the game until August 19.

Player Select is the latest innovation from BTG that gives players the option to choose over two different games, enabling them to shift into an entirely new game at the touch of the alt spin button.

On the other hand, King of Cats transports players to a psychedelic world safari from the Savannas of Africa to the Jungles of darkest Peru. Of course, BTG’s newest slot game also incorporates the popular Megaways game engine, which dramatically increases the number of paylines up to 117,649.

Key People on Player Select Launch

Dylan Slaney, SVP gaming at Scientific Games Digital, said:

“King of Cats is yet another fantastic release from BTG that features cutting edge gameplay and new mechanics which are sure to be popular with players.

“We are delighted to have provided LeoVegas with the first opportunity to experience the excitement of this game before delivering another hit on the OpenGaming network that provides more immersive experiences for players worldwide.”

Nick Robinson, BTG CEO, added:

“King of Cats is really about rip-roaring entertainment. At Big Time Gaming, we’re constantly looking at ways to ramp up player engagement and to reimagine what a slot can do and how we can take it somewhere completely new. With King of Cats, we think we nailed it. This game really is a win.”

Johan Ekberg, group casino games manager at LeoVegas Group, added: “We love getting early access to Big Time Gaming’s new slots because our players love them and the Player Select mechanic will undoubtedly bring a whole new level of action for players to enjoy.”
