GAN has come to terms with Incredible Technologies on a multi-year agreement, enabling the online gaming platform to gain exclusive rights to all of the slot maker’s online games.

GAN gets exclusive rights over Incredible Technologies’ online slots

The Deal: GAN this week issued a press release to announce the partnership with Incredible Technologies, a company that designs and manufactures Class III casino games.  

The Product: According to the arrangement, IT agrees to distribute its entire online games suite exclusively through GAN’s platform (or through Super RGS in the US). GAN has gained the rights over IT’s ‘exclusive and substantial’ online casino slot gaming portfolio over the next few years.

The Objective: GAN has a lot to gain from its deal with IT as it creates additional revenue streams. IT’s online casino operation in New Jersey has already generated GAN money through its online content licensing fees. The platform will also benefit from the partnership since its exclusive online slot partners’ content is projected to represent almost seven percent of the total slots sold in the US in 2020 alone.

In addition, the long-term deal enables IT to ramp up its production of online casino games by collaborating with a single partner that commands a major online distribution network in the US. IT expects its roster of online games to grow larger, reaching as many as 110 games during the contract term. The Vernon Hills, Illinois-headquartered company launched a handful of top-performing titles, including Crazy Money and Money Rain.
