Online Casino: Raketech buys Infinileads S.L

Raketech this week issued a press release, confirming that it has acquired Infinileads S.L. along with its assets Slotjava.es and Slotjava.it.

The B2B solution provider executives collectively viewed this move as a strategic milestone that will strengthen its footprints in developing LatAm markets, including Argentina, Peru, and Mexico.

Moreover, it is also poised to benefit from Infinileads S.L strong market standing within bustling online casino hubs in Europe such as Portugal, Italy and Spain.

Raketech completed the acquisition after it agreed to a purchase price of €4.5m on a cash and debt-free basis. The buying company will transact the payments in two installments – €2.5m as per Closing (July 31, 2021) and €2m as per January 31, 2022, with a possibility of additional earnout payments based on specific performance measures over 24 months post-closing.

The tech group also retained the founders of Infinileads, who will provide technical support as Raketech launches more products on new and existing markets over 24 months.

Quotes from the Press Release

Oskar Mühlbach, CEO of Raketech, said: “With the acquisition of Infinileads, we significantly increase our geographical footprint, taking strong positions on the emerging Latin American market as well as Southern Europe.

“Infinileads scalable product portfolio aligns well with our scalable platform strategy and they have proven that with relatively low investments and short go-to-market time, it is possible to take significant positions in emerging markets.

“I am very happy that with the help of the Infinileads team, we can continue to scale the free-to-play concept to several new markets.”
