Delasport announced last week the receipt of a Class 2 license, paving the path for the brand’s market entry into the Romanian betting and gaming arena in the coming weeks.

The Deal –   The acquisition of a Class 2 license gives Delasport the go-ahead signal to offer its Sports iFrame solution to Romanian-facing operators. 

The Product – DelaSport has advertised the solution as a ‘stand-alone, fully functional platform’ that caters fully managed services and ‘comprehensive operator control’ over client operations. Its seamless plug-and-play functionality allows operators to carry out their business at a fast and efficient rate. 

Romanian B2C operators will also get the chance to avail of DelaSport’s ‘full turnkey solution,’ which is comprised of sports betting, casino, live casino, payments, affiliation, and other offerings.

Corporate Roadmap – DelaSport’s entry into the Romanian betting and gambling sector opens the door for future collaborations with various local and international operators in the country. Romania has grown into a pivotal gaming hub in Europe since its regulation in 2015. Top-tier brands like SuperBet, Betfair, 888 Holdings, Wazdan Kindred Group, and many others have flocked into the territory with the aim of capturing more audiences for their iGaming products.
