Grover Gaming buys out Digital Dynamics Software

Lauded as a move that will play a “crucial role” in the developer’s future growth, the acquisition of Digital Dynamics Software and its assets serve as a major breakthrough for Grover Gaming.

Apart from improving the overall player experience, the buyout has beefed up the developer’s backend support by integrating SAS-based electronic gaming systems and casino communications into its proprietary software.

Grover Gaming, which will soon move in the new Chicago office as part of its expansion in Illinois, also procured other tools and solutions from Digital Dynamics Software. These products include SAS Engine, SAS Getaway, Backdrop casino management software, and the GAP gaming protocol.

The new SAS engine will play an important role in supporting the company’s accounting and metering, multi-game/multi-denominations, real-time events, progressives, and bonus features.

Grover Gaming expects the integration of the backdrop hosts system to complete soon, giving the firm the capability to provide an array of turnkey solutions to real-money casinos, including floor-wide accounting and ticketing, real-time floor display, enhanced reporting, and player tracking and rewards.

Grover Gaming holds a supplier license from several US territories, including Ohio, New Hampshire, The Commonwealth of Kentucky, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Ontario Canada, and The Commonwealth of Virginia. Greenville, NC-headquartered company currently has 300 employees across nine states. It also has a design studio in Wilmington, NC.
