Strive Gaming Gets First United States License

Strive Gaming, the igaming platform business has received certification in the state of Colorado and has detailed the receipt of the temporary vendor license through a unanimous vote from the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission. Earlier this year, Strive Gaming had outlined a strategy for the entry into the North American market vowing to overcome challenges that are faced by modern-day operators in the United States through multi-state business.

Apart from receipt of the gaming license in the state of Colorado, Strive Gaming is expecting additional licenses in the coming weeks and is expected to announce the receipt of these licenses as they are received. The company had earlier announced that it was in the process of securing licensing approvals in multiple states in the United States and was also a part of the mobile wagering bid in the state of New York.

Statements on the license

President and CCO of Strive Gaming, Damian Xuereb stated that Strive Gaming has had a fantastic momentum and has over-delivered on every single promise that the company has made internally as well as externally. He further added that the license granted in Colorado is the start of securing licenses in other states and the message is clear that Strive Gaming is open and ready to carry out operations in the United States and Canada.

In August 2021, Strive Gaming had achieved the GLI-33 certification from Gaming Laboratories and has further entrenched its business in the United States. Strive Gaming has stated that GLI-33 certification from Gaming Laboratories is widely regarded as a foundational imperative as regards standards for integrity and technology with regard to the compliance requirements in various states in the United States because, without the GLI-33 certification, several states refuse approvals.
