CQ Holding is promising a better player experience in its two gaming properties in Marquette, Iowa after giving its rewards program a revamp.

Casino Queen Rewards gets even better
The operator said on Wednesday, October 6, its two properties – East St Louis’ DraftKings at Casino Queen and the Casino Queen Marquette – have started offering an expanded gaming and retail reward program to its patrons.
CQ’s revamped reward program aims to unlock another level of players’ experience. CQ Rewards let customers accumulate credits every time they play slots and gaming tables or buy drinks and foods at restaurants of aforementioned CQ properties.
CQ Rewards departs from the previous Royalty Program and features four tiers: Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, and Crown. Players earn credits by playing video poker, real-money slots, and table games. Depending on the tier, players can redeem rewards such as annual rollover credits, priority accommodations, restaurant discounts, complimentary late check-out, one-of-a-kind access to everything at each of the participating locations, and more. The reward program also offers additional benefits and freebies.
Existing members of Royalty Rewards may upgrade current cards to a CQ Rewards card from the Player’s Club. To secure the card, players need to present a valid government-issued ID and must be at least 21 years of age.
