Symplify announces acquisition of Jada Gaming for €30 million.

Symplify, a cloud-based CRM and CRO solutions supplier, acquires Jada Gaming for €30 million.

Symplify takes over Jada Gaming

In a €30 million agreement, AI specialist Jada Gaming will be bought by Symplify, a market leader in cloud-based CRM and CRO products.

Jada Gaming’s data and analytics AI capabilities will complement Symplify’s growing array of offerings, which has already achieved outstanding results in iGaming through CRM agreements with online casino operators William Hill, LeoVegas, Mr.Green, Betsson, and MegaRush, to mention a few. Jada will integrate its Jada Brain with Symplify’s software to create an all-in-one ecosystem in which clients can leverage AI and machine learning to build, monitor, and optimize all of their communication cycles.

Alberto Alfieri and Josh Tromans-Jones, co-founders of Jada, will keep their jobs and continue to handle the platform’s operations and development. Robert Kimber, CEO of Symplify, and Fatima Ekekrantz, COO of Symplify, will join the board of directors with the Co-founders to work on further enhancing the Jada offering and preparing for expansion into other markets and sectors. Jada will benefit from this acquisition, which will catalyze the business’s next exciting growth stage.

Symplify’s growing network of partners now has access to Jada’s capabilities in real-time marketing, churn prediction, hyper-personalization, and AI-powered segmentation. Each piece contributes to Symplify’s network’s operational visibility and predictive capabilities.

The Responsible Gaming and Bonus Abuse modules from Jada may be simply implemented into any operation to improve behavior monitoring and identification of abusers. With improved data visibility, Symplify’s partners will be able to optimize marketing expenditure and nurture customer sentiment, resulting in an increase in Lifetime value.
