Everi is hoping to expand its development capabilities and carve out additional global penetration potential following the announcement of an agreement to purchase certain strategic assets of Atlas Gaming and Atlas Gaming Technologies.

Everi – Atlas Gaming Deal

Everi expects to acquire the Australia-based producer and distributor’s game development technology and intellectual property of unique gaming content and products within the next 60 days.

According to the firm, the newly acquired assets will complement its existing game production studios and portfolio of real-money slot titles while also paving the road for potential international expansion. Atlas development and engineering team members will join Everi in conjunction with the acquisition, funded by current funds on hand.
