Golden Nugget increases payment options in the US via Passport Tech

Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino has extended its multi-year agreement with Passport Technology, enhancing the casino’s payment capabilities throughout the United States. Golden Nugget’s cash access services, anti-money laundering compliance, check warranty, and age automation solutions will be expanded as a result of this agreement.

Additionally, Passport stated that the transaction “demonstrates the company’s dedication” to provide customer-facing payment options and back-office solutions.

Golden Nugget has access to Passport’s LiveCage software, which automates the cash transaction dispensing process in order to expedite customer transactions while minimizing cash variations to the casino’s properties.

Passport will install its CashStream kiosks throughout the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, maximizing funds to the floor. CashStream, according to the payment technology firm, utilizes a “easy-to-use” consumer interface to provide patrons with several cash distribution alternatives via upgradeable, configurable software combined with a secure hardware system.

Furthermore, Passport noted that its Guardian Pro anti-money laundering software shares Golden Nugget’s commitment to regulatory compliance. This service provides tracking and reporting on suspicious activity and analytics in collaboration with compliance officers and authorities in the industry.
