Everi, a video slot machines manufacturer, announced a number of additional boardroom changes following the announcement of Secil Tabli Watson and Paul Finch as members of the audit, nominating and governance, and remuneration committees, respectively.

Along with the previously announced accession of Randy Taylor to the board of directors in conjunction with his April 1 appointment as CEO, the group will increase the board’s size to ten members.

Ronald Congemi, the firm’s lead independent director, has told the company that he intends to retire and will not seek re-election at the company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders, currently planned for May 18, 2022. “We are thrilled to welcome Secil and Paul to Everi,” said Michael Rumbolz, chair and CEO of Everi. Their accomplishments and distinguished expertise qualify them as ideal board members.”
