The new studio is stated to be designed to provide an environment in which “all employees may push the boundaries and achieve their maximum potential” while also maintaining a “perfect balance” of work and play.

The region’s excellent institutions, combined with the presence of established igaming enterprises here and in neighboring Gibraltar, make it an excellent location for talent acquisition as well.

Raw has launched a recruitment drive in conjunction with the opening of its development hub, with a variety of open positions including lead artist, senior artist, senior animator, head of the platform, senior software engineer, senior DevOps engineer, and senior game client developer.

The Raw iGaming management team investigated a number of locales before settling on Andaluca and, in particular, Malaga.

Quotes from the Press Release

Henrik Fagerlund, Raw iGaming’s chief operations officer, stated: “Malaga was the ideal location for us because to its excellent infrastructure, proximity to a major airport, and status as one of the best towns in Spain.” Numerous high-profile corporations have already established a presence in the region, which aligns with the region’s broader aim to become the ‘Tech hub of Southern Europe.’
