Oryx’s launch into the central European market with exclusive iGaming content marks the company’s sixth new market entry in the previous ten months.

ORYX Gaming, a Bragg Gaming Group brand, recently launched its exclusive iGaming content in the Czech Republic via SYNOT Group’s SYNOT INTERACTIVE platform, marking its entry into the country bolstering its foothold in central Europe. ORYX has been operating in regulated markets in Switzerland, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom since March 2021, in addition to this latest launch in the Czech Republic.

Following the cooperation between ORYX and SYNOT INTERACTIVE in 2021, a selection of exclusive games, including those from popular video slots studio Gamomat, are now being provided via the ORYX Hub to SYNOT TIP Czech Republic.

Along with the Czech Republic launch, SYNOT INTERACTIVE’s omnichannel platform recently introduced a massive range of exclusive content from the ORYX Hub. It made it available to online operator brands in Serbia.

According to H2 Gambling Capital, the total addressable market (TAM) for the online gambling business in the Czech Republic will be roughly US$0.5 billion this year. H2 Gambling Capital estimates that the aggregate TAM for online casinos in the six countries where ORYX has launched content since March 2021 will be roughly US$9.5 billion in 2022.

According to Chris Looney, Chief Commercial Officer at Bragg Gaming, the introduction of Czech-certified exclusive game titles via the SYNOT INTERACTIVE platform for gamers at SYNOT TIP Czech Republic is another milestone in its ongoing efforts to grow its global footprint. The success they’ve had increasing the number of markets they serve since early 2021 will likely accelerate their growth pace, with further new markets expected to open later this year, including in North America and Europe.
