Pretty Technical Partners with Flows for Delivery Acceleration

Pretty Technical, a provider of online casino and sports betting solutions, has partnered with Flows, the industry’s innovation platform.

Pretty Technical – Flows Partnership

Pretty Technical’s first project with Flows will be to utilize the platform to accelerate the development and release of its future Bonus Engine. The Bonus Engine is a component of Pretty Technical’s Mikado platform, which houses their proprietary Player Account Management system. Pretty Technical is able to work toward a Q2 launch of their new bonus management system using Flows’ high-performance real-time data processing pipeline builder and no-code interface.

Pretty Technical is a software development company, a technology supplier, and a partner in the gaming and finance industries, providing operational support. Pretty Technical provides bespoke software design and development services (products and platforms) to clients, as well as technical and operational consulting and a curated in-house product portfolio for regulated sectors. Pretty Technical can fully leverage Mikado’s real-time transactional core by interacting with Flows for behavior-based triggers and events. This will enable the Pretty Technical team to construct a bonus engine that can be customized for each client and new legislation with minimal effort using Flows’ no-code builder.

Flows is an innovation platform that enables partners to rapidly and securely connect their systems and empower their entire organization to drive digital delivery. Flows is reshaping how organizations and individuals interact with technology by enabling them to innovate, react quickly, and create within a no-code, user-friendly interface that is easily adopted.

Executive Notes

Shantal Naidoo, Pretty Technical’s Product Lead, explained that the teams are focused on delivering value quickly while also maintaining and growing a solid and modular platform. Mikado is at the heart of our iGaming solution, and Flows helps us to maintain a high standard of quality and extra features. They have an ambitious plan for Mikado and are looking forward to collaborating with innovative partners to guarantee that the offering continues to give value to their clients.

According to James King, CEO of Flows, they are ecstatic to have been chosen by Pretty Technical to speed the delivery timeline and assist in customizing their service to clients. This partnership demonstrates Flows’ versatility and the range of use cases inside the digital sector, which can be leveraged by both outstanding providers like Pretty Technical and operators. He believes that Pretty Technical’s approach to clients, which involves tailoring their engine to both the individual and the regulatory framework under which that individual operates, will result in a very competitive solution.
