Gamesys will distribute Gaming Arts’ content package

Electronic gaming machines (“EGMs”), bingo and keno, and emerging technologies provider Gaming Arts, LLC (“Gaming Arts”) is pleased to announce it has entered into a five-year exclusive content agreement with Gamesys, a Bally Corporation (“Gamesys”) to provide Gamesys with access to Gaming Arts’ full library of games for deployment into online casino, real money gaming environments around the world (“Exclusive Content Agreement”).

Gaming Arts as Successful Casino Slot Game

Aside from identifying, converting, and delivering titles from the Gaming Art’s proven and growing library of successful casino slot games to all online real money gaming markets in which Gamesys operates, the terms of the Agreement state that the two companies will collaborate on a number of other initiatives. As part of Gamesys’ online offering, these titles will be prominently displayed on the company’s website. Gaming Arts will also be responsible for developing new games for Gamesys under the terms of the agreement.
