Bettors in the Grand Canyon State can now use Betfred Sportsbook, a sophisticated sportsbook facility boasting state-of-the-art 4K video walls and displays, four wagering terminals, and strategically placed betting kiosks.

Bryan Bennett, chief operating officer of the gambling group’s US business, stressed the significance of Betfred’s cooperation with the tribal casino resort and WKP Sports in assisting the company’s Arizona expansion.

Betfred Sportsbook is the result of a partnership between Betfred and the casino on Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation tribal land that began in August 2021, when the parties inked an agreement to bring sports betting to Arizona. By launching self-service kiosks in November, Betfred and the We-Ko-Pa property took the first step toward opening the branded retail sportsbook.

Multiple Viewing Options, Variety of Food and Beverage

Betfred Sportsbook provides sports fans with a 47′ wide by 9′ tall Planar 4K direct view LED video wall that can simultaneously display three independent games. 

Each of these three panels can be subdivided into four distinct portions capable of simultaneously displaying images from up to 12 games. Kirk Brumbaugh, director of table games at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort, stated that the property’s management aspires to take the new facility to the “next level of gaming experience” by maximizing resources and utilizing the most recent developments in the industry.

The Betfred Sportsbook promises sports fans unmatched gaming experiences, and the WKP Sports & Entertainment full-service sports bar will contribute to the exciting atmosphere by offering a variety of food and beverage options, such as over 45 draft beers, signature cocktails, beer cocktails, premium spirits, and adult milkshakes, among others.

The Betfred Sportsbook at the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort in Arizona is the second retail sportsbook the US subsidiary of the sports betting and gaming group has opened recently, following the Betfred Sportsbook at the Silver Reef Casino Resort in Ferndale, Washington, which was opened in partnership with the Lummi Nation.
