• Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG), an operator of online casinos and sportsbooks, has signed a new agreement with Butler National Corporation and its Boot Hill Casino & Resort team. 
• The deal will assist Golden Nugget in launching its sports betting services in Kansas.

GNOG Signs an Agreement with Boot Hill Casino

The casino subsidiary of Butler National will facilitate GNOG’s entry into the Sunflower State. According to Kansas gambling law, Butler National’s gambling brand may enter into contracts with up to three sports betting operators and offer their services at Boot Hill Casino. 

The launch of GNOG’s sports betting content in the Dodge City-based venue is, however, still pending approval from the state’s regulatory body.

The state of Kansas is planning to launch its sports betting market on September 1, just in time for the upcoming National Football League season. After the launch, all non-excluded adults can access licensed sports betting operators and place wagers on sports. 

A week ago, Butler National Corporation was granted a license to offer sports betting. The Kansas Lottery permitted the Boot Hill Casino to enter into contracts with sportsbooks and offer their products on its premises.

According to a statement by Butler National, GNOG will provide sports betting options that are certain to appeal to sports fans. Butler National described its new partner as an established and well-known sports betting provider. 

Therefore, the former company is excited about collaborating with Golden Nugget and anticipates the launch of sports betting in Kansas. Clark Steward, president and CEO of Butler National Corporation, is thrilled that Kansas has legalized sports betting.

Steward added that he believes the legalization of sports betting will boost the local economy and attract tourists to Dodge City and the state of Kansas in general. Many businesses hope to throw in the state as Kansas prepares to launch sports betting. 

Catena Media, a renowned content and affiliate company, was granted permission to launch in the form a few days ago. In the meantime, the Attorney General’s office rejected specific proposed gambling regulations and sent them back to be revised.
