The National Football League and Genius Sports have agreed to expand their collaboration to offer Watch & Bet live streaming in the United States via sports betting giant Caesars Entertainment. 

BET99 stated at the beginning of the month that it would begin live streaming all National Football League (NFL) games for the Canadian audience using a Genius Sports license. 

Bet365 and Rivalry are two other sports betting to which Genius Sports has provided the same distribution rights for the Canadian market for low-latency video feeds of NFL games.

Providing Regular and Postseason Games after Expansion 

Now, the NFL’s exclusive distributor for live video streams and data has announced that it will extend its current relationship with the NFL to offer Watch & Bet video streaming choices for the 2022 NFL season.

Caesars Entertainment will launch live NFL streaming and become the first sportsbook in the United States to stream live NFL Watch & Bet videos on mobile devices. 

In addition to providing regular and postseason games streaming throughout the week, the expansion of the agreement will cover select NFL games using other significant sports betting platforms and operators, as well as regular season and playoff games.

Eric Hession, president of Caesars Digital, expects the Watch & Bet video streaming option to bring “the finest the NFL has to offer” to the Caesars Sportsbook app. 

Hession explained that being able to provide such revolutionary technology will continue to be a top priority, noting that becoming the first sportsbook in the United States to offer in-app NFL live streaming will not be taken lightly. 

The president also expressed gratitude for the NFL and Genius Sports’ cooperation, which enabled them to introduce an “industry-leading new feature” to their sports betting app.

Brent Lawton, vice president of media strategy and business development for the NFL, also expressed enthusiasm about offering fans a new way to experience and interact with NFL content. 

Lawton described Watch & Bet as “an innovative step forward” in terms of their agreements with Caesars Entertainment and Genius Sports.
