Details of the Deal The strategic agreement sees the licensing of Playtech products to the Greenwood companies in Michigan, Indiana, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It officially rolled out with the launch of online casino on Playtech’s IMS and player account management platform. Greenwood owns and operates Parx Casino in Bensalem, Pennsylvania and has established a business in New Jersey via digital and retail at the Freeway Casino. The company also undertakes land-based sports betting business in Michigan via partnership with Gun Lake Casino. The supplier has already secured regulatory approval to launch in Michigan in December 2020. Prior to that, the company made a successful entry into the US market following its launch with Bet365 and Entain in New Jersey. Growing Expansion Playtech has also reported success in their Latin America expansion, particularly in countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Panama.
