Everi, a company that provides real money slot machines and services to casino operators, acknowledged its latest collaboration with Caesars to initiate a field trial for Jackpot Xpress in the state of Nevada.

Everi Holdings confirmed in last week’s press release that the Nevada Gaming Control Board would oversee the testing of its latest technology to ensure the undertaking follows the guidelines of the said regulatory board.  

Jackpot Xpress Trial

Caesars Palace will serve as the initial testing site of Xpress Jackpot, which Everi has claimed to have game-changing potential for casino operators.

Caesars intends to install the software at all its properties in the state, pending final approval by Nevada’s gaming regulator. The operator is also eyeing the installation of the software at all owned and managed properties across the United States and abroad, subject to further jurisdictional approval.

Everi has advertised Jackpot Xpress as a cutting-edge solution that enables casino staff to safely and efficiently process slot jackpots using mobile devices right at the winning machine.   

The gaming machine and solution provider hailed Jackpot Xpress’s ability to increase convenience for the player and improved efficiency for casino staff, all while getting rid of paper, shrinking cage lines, and minimizing player wait times. The technology wants to give slot players a greatly improved gaming experience by eliminating the inconvenience of claiming jackpot prizes. 

In addition to Xpress Jackpot, Caesars Palace will also be the first casino to leverage Everi’s proprietary electronic tax form delivery system, allowing players to retrieve tax forms (W2-G forms) securely.
