Boylesports deals with Aspire in front of a possible Dutch entry

Boylesports has taken significant moves toward a future entry into the Dutch market by partnering with Aspire Global to provide its complete turnkey platform solution, including managed services.

Boylesports – Aspire Deal

The operator, licensed in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Gibraltar, intends to operate in the region under its license, which will be presented “shortly.”

Aspire will provide BoyleSports with the entirety of Aspire’s proprietary offering, which includes its player account management platform, online casino games, and sports betting via its BtoBet sportsbook.

In addition, the arrangement covers the company’s comprehensive, localized managed services offering in conjunction with its CRM system, AspireEngage. Additionally, BoyleSports will benefit from assistance with Dutch-language customer service and fully-managed localized CRM advertising to its players; Aspirewill provides all necessary tools for compliance player onboarding and integration with payment providers.

The proposal, which Maimon hails as a stamp of excellence for the firm, is valued at about $480 million, or SEK 4.3 billion, or SEK 91.03 per share, and has been proposed to shareholders by the bid committee of the B2B igaming technology solutions provider.

Quotes from the Press Release

“We have discovered the ideal partner in Aspire Global, who will provide us with cutting-edge technology, entertaining games, and all the localized player support we require. This enables us to focus exclusively on the player experience and branding of our new Dutch business.”

Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global, added: “Our partnership with BoyleSports demonstrates the strength of Aspire Global’s comprehensive igaming offering.” We are thrilled at the prospect of assisting BoyleSports – one of the industry’s most recognizable companies – as they prepare to enter the newly regulated Dutch market.”

“We had no idea we were that appealing,” Maimon acknowledged last week in response to a question from CasinoBeats on the group’s acquisitive attitude with NeoGames as it seeks to build “the world’s premier distributor of interactive content.”
