PressEnter Group has partnered with customer relationship management (CRM) marketing platform Optimove to strengthen its retention marketing efforts.

Optimove will enable PressEnter’s attempts to automate its CRM procedures to improve its marketing activities through the agreement. PressEnter’s businesses include 21.com and Nitro Casino.

The agreement also includes Optimove’s AI-mapped CRM, which PressEnter claims will enable it to expand and manage hundreds of player segments, orchestrate real-time and scheduled multichannel campaigns, and quantify the additional value of each player engagement.

The online casino and sports betting brand announced that it chose Optimove for its “data-driven” approach to marketing and AI capabilities, which will enable the group to sustainably and responsibly increase its player lifetime value.
