Enteractive, a provider of retention services, has signed a CRM agreement with igaming company Kaizen Gaming that includes a reactivation campaign focused on Europe and Latin America.

Enteractive will provide reactivation services in 2022 to reclaim active gamers from dormant accounts, focusing on Romania, Germany, Portugal, and Brazil.

Enteractive anticipates optimizing revenue production from churning areas of its player base, boosting bottom-line revenues. The advertisements will run for Kaizen Gaming’s Stoiximan and Betano brands, utilizing Enteractive’s patented (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform to increase player retention and loyalty.

According to Enteractive, the platform enables rapid and seamless integration of selected player databases, with native-speaking sales professionals engaging players in each market via one-to-one phone outreach. This individualized approach to CRM is a proven method for re-engaging players from churned segments, with responsible gambling best practices incorporated into the contract as a standard element.
