BallyBet

BallyBet.ca obtains license to launch in Ontario

Bally’s sports betting and iGaming platform has been given access to the highly sought-after iGaming business in Ontario. As an outcome of this, BallyBet.ca will become the entrance point for the firm into that market.

On the 30th of June, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) issued the license, and the permission will continue to be valid until the 29th of June in the year 2024. Once that date has passed, it will no longer be valid, and the operator will be required to submit a renewal request in order to continue making use of it.

Bally’s has put numerous names on its license application

Under the BallyBet.ca license, there are four different domain names and brand names that have been included as a safety measure. This was done as a precaution to ensure that an unscrupulous operator would not try to trick clients who are based in other countries.

The company has taken ownership of a number of domain names, including BallyBet.ca, BallyCasino.ca, BallysCasinos.ca, and Ballysbet.ca, amongst others. The license allows for the usage of the BallyBet mobile app, which serves as a complete one-stop shop for all of the iGaming and sports wagering needs that clients of the Bally’s brand may have. This license is included in the purchase price.

Since the doors of the province were opened to private gaming in April, the AGCO has been putting in a lot of work to ensure that all suitable applicants have been given a license in the province. This has been possible thanks to the opening of the doors.

Since that time, the market has been swamped with dozens of legitimate organizations, some of which include Bet365, theScore, PointsBet, and others along those lines. Despite the fact that the gaming industry is continuing to develop and grow, the enthusiasm that preceded the introduction of new gaming alternatives in Ontario is still running strong to this day.
